Identified - We have identified the issue as an unauthorized name server change to our root domain "hostednetwork.com.au" by one of our registras.

We are currently reverting the changes and awaiting the DNS to finish propagating.

Services should slowly start to come back online within the next few hours.

VoIP - Soft-switch Maintenance Jun 4, 00:00-01:00 AEDT
We will be performing general maintenance on our VoIP platform.

During this maintenance windows, our VoIP services will experience up to 2 x 5 minute outage during this window while we reboot soft switches within the environment. Any active sessions will be disconnected and no new sessions will be able to be established during this time, following the completion of our maintenance SIP sessions will re-register however in the event connections do not re-establish we ask that your reboot your equipment prior to logging a support request.

Scheduled - We will be performing emergency maintenance on our VoIP platform.

During this maintenance windows, our VoIP services are NOT expected to experience any issues.
Maintenance will only impact Web User Interface (management) for up to 1 x 1 minute outage during this window.

No active sessions will be disconnected, however in the event of issues, we ask that you refresh your management console UI prior to logging a support request.

Please be advised that our backup data centre provider will be performing emergency remediation works to mitigate the power issues experienced early this morning.

The provider intends to synchronise multiple UPS units and bring them online tomorrow morning between 1am and 6am AEDT. (February 14th 2018).

No further impact is expected, but due to the elevated risk of the works, the remediation work has been moved outside of business hours.

You may experience a brief moment of packet loss for around 30-60 seconds depending on your ISP. If you have a Hosted Network internet connection you should experience less than 10 seconds of service interruption. On-net traffic will not be affected.
