In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Sep 13, 00:00 AEST
Scheduled - We have identified a firmware issue within one of our broadband termination units that is causing packet loss for some PPPoE based WAN services when bursting above their service speed. To rectify this issue we will be failing over some WAN services to a secondary device while we performance the required maintenance.

During this maintenance window PPPoE sessions will periodically drop which will cause WAN services to drop and re-authenticate.

Should your service have issues with authentication one this maintenance has been completed please reboot your router.

Monitoring - All services have been restored. We are going to be monitoring the issue overnight.

The root cause of the issue at this stages appears to be a memory issue with a storage node and NetApp will be replacing the node.

If you are experiencing any issues please contact our support team.

Identified - Please be aware that approx 30 mins ago one of our SSD storage arrays that contain management VMs for our Sydney data centers disconnected and reconnected. While the storage has now been brought online our technicians are working on some impacted services such as

- vCloud Management Interface
- SD WAN Services

The root cause of the issue is still being investigated by the storage vendor (NetApp) but our redundancy has kicked in and minimal workloads have been impacted.

Updates to follow.
