VoIP - Soft-switch Maintenance Jun 4, 00:00-01:00 AEST
We will be performing general maintenance on our VoIP platform.

During this maintenance windows, our VoIP services will experience up to 2 x 5 minute outage during this window while we reboot soft switches within the environment. Any active sessions will be disconnected and no new sessions will be able to be established during this time, following the completion of our maintenance SIP sessions will re-register however in the event connections do not re-establish we ask that your reboot your equipment prior to logging a support request.

Storage - Routine Maintenance Aug 19, 10:00-16:00 AEST
We will be performing routine maintenance on a storage array.

During this maintenance window customers may experience minor latency for up to 2 x 20 minutes however services will continue. We do not expect any outage while we perform the maintenance.

Network - Hardware Upgrade Aug 20, 00:00-02:00 AEST
We will be performing a switch upgrade between our primary and backup data centers.

All services between data centers will be momentarily offline for approximately 1 minute. Some replication and backup jobs may fail during the upgrade if they are not rescheduled.
Some fiber services will be affected for up to 2 minutes as the changeover occurs in addition to the initial outage however all other services will be unaffected. Minor latency may be observed by customers with networks that span our data center environment.

Services contained within our primary data center will remain online and unaffected.
