Scheduled - Our Network Engineers have identified an issue that may impact our ability to fail over transit via another of our interstate POPs. As such we are scheduling urgent maintenance to rectify this issue.

During this maintenance Network Engineers will apply minor configuration updates and while no impact is expected there is a possibility of a brief interruption to transit services if routes propagate.

Scheduled - Hosted Network Engineers will be performing updates to the NSW Hosted Infrastructure in order to ensure the latest platform updates and security patches are installed within the environment.

Some VMs may experience a few seconds where they go unresponsive due to them being migrated between underlying hosts, but this should have little impact on the performance of the VM or the management. If you do experience ongoing issues with your VMs after the upgrades please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

Resolved - The upstream provider has advised that the fault was caused due to a memory failure in one of their routers which impacted packets being forwarded. They will be scheduling maintenance to replace the faulty memory.
