Scheduled - Please be advised that our VoIP vendor has made us aware that they have identified a vulnerability and require us to install a critical security update to our platform. Hosted Network engineers will be installing the patch urgently to mitigate the vulnerability.

We expect the VoIP services to be offline for 10 to 15 minutes while the platform is updated. Any incoming calls during this period will be dropped.

Please be aware that customers may need to reboot their VoIP devices when this maintenance is complete.
Updates will be provided as they become available.

Scheduled - Please be aware that in light of the recent intermittent upstream issues affecting our New South Wales customers we have decided to bring on a new upstream transit provider to mitigate further interruption.

We expect that customers will experience multiple 5 minute periods of packet loss during this maintenance to implement the new transit. Inter-state services will not be affected.

Identified - Please be advised that an interstate connectivity provider has identified that they are experiencing issues between New South Wales and Queensland that may be causing disturbance for some customers.

All services appear functional however some customers may experience brief packet loss as traffic is re-routed through our secondary link.
