Investigating - The issue from this morning has re-occured to a different subnet which is causing packet loss on a number of different services. Engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

VoIP - Soft-switch Maintenance Jun 4, 00:00-01:00 AEDT
We will be performing general maintenance on our VoIP platform.

During this maintenance windows, our VoIP services will experience up to 2 x 5 minute outage during this window while we reboot soft switches within the environment. Any active sessions will be disconnected and no new sessions will be able to be established during this time, following the completion of our maintenance SIP sessions will re-register however in the event connections do not re-establish we ask that your reboot your equipment prior to logging a support request.

Scheduled - We will be performing emergency maintenance on our VoIP platform.

During this maintenance windows, our VoIP services are NOT expected to experience any issues.
Maintenance will only impact Web User Interface (management) for up to 1 x 1 minute outage during this window.

No active sessions will be disconnected, however in the event of issues, we ask that you refresh your management console UI prior to logging a support request.

Please be advised that our backup data centre provider will be performing emergency remediation works to mitigate the power issues experienced early this morning.

The provider intends to synchronise multiple UPS units and bring them online tomorrow morning between 1am and 6am AEDT. (February 14th 2018).

No further impact is expected, but due to the elevated risk of the works, the remediation work has been moved outside of business hours.

Resolved - This issue has now been resolved. The issue was caused by a number of subnets incorrectly black-holed on the Telstra network which impacted different networks across the country.

Monitoring - We have put a temporary fix in place to get around the Telstra routing issues, which should bring services back online.

However, our engineers are still working with Telstra NOC to put a permanent fix in place to resolve the underlying issue.

Identified - Our engineers have identified the issue, which appears to be a routing issue within the Telstra network to specific subnets within our network.

Our network engineers are working with Telstra's NOC Team to resolve the issue.

At this time only services coming in via Telstra appear to be affected.

Scheduled - Please be aware that our storage vendor will be performing software upgrades to our Sydney SolidFire storage cluster which run starting at 7PM AEST which will go for approximately four hours.

All workloads will be migrated off of the storage nodes on a node by node approach. As such this upgrade is non-disruptive in nature and no workloads will be impacted.
