We will be performing general maintenance on our VoIP platform.
During this maintenance windows, our VoIP services will experience up to 2 x 5 minute outage during this window while we reboot soft switches within the environment. Any active sessions will be disconnected and no new sessions will be able to be established during this time, following the completion of our maintenance SIP sessions will re-register however in the event connections do not re-establish we ask that your reboot your equipment prior to logging a support request.
