Please be aware that in light of the recent intermittent upstream issues affecting our New South Wales customers we have decided to bring on a new upstream transit provider to mitigate further interruption.
We expect that customers will experience multiple 5 minute periods of packet loss during this maintenance to implement the new transit. Inter-state services will not be affected.
Updates will be provided as they become available.
