Our network engineers have identified a CPU issue with one of our subscriber routers for nbn and ADSL2+ and will be performing works starting at 9:30pm - 10:30pm AEST tonight to resolve the issue.
During this time nbn and ADSL2+ services may experience their session drop while sessions are moved to another of our subscriber routers.
We have deemed this as urgent works due to the potential risk of unscheduled service disruption during business hours.
