Please be aware that the required maintenance was completed successfully however there were some unexpected events relating to this window.

During the window we experienced longer than expected partial downtime for customers using our VoIP service and some Layer 2 Ethernet services. This was due to a Layer 2 issue that has now been rectified permanently.

After the window we experienced a loss in connectivity that affected some NBN and DSL services which we believe is related to the maintenance window. This outage was not visible initially after work had stopped on the primary objective however degraded exponentially.

This unexpected issue was resolved within 15 mins of the first acknowledged case and a resolution has been put in place.

Please be aware that we will be performing maintenance in our data centre in Queensland to commission additional core networking equipment. This change will add further redundancy and higher throughput capacity to our inter-state to New South Wales and local Queensland zone.

Please note: This window starts at 9PM QLD local time & 10PM NSW/VIC local time.

- Queensland customers may experience 1-2 minute periods of connectivity or packet loss potentially multiple times.
- New South Wales customers may experience 3 brief moments of packet loss for around 30-60 seconds as routes re-converge or new paths become available.

We expect customers in Western Australia and Victoria will remain unaffected until further information becomes available.
