Please be aware that the required maintenance was completed successfully however there were some unexpected events relating to this window.
During the window we experienced longer than expected partial downtime for customers using our VoIP service and some Layer 2 Ethernet services. This was due to a Layer 2 issue that has now been rectified permanently.
After the window we experienced a loss in connectivity that affected some NBN and DSL services which we believe is related to the maintenance window. This outage was not visible initially after work had stopped on the primary objective however degraded exponentially.
This unexpected issue was resolved within 15 mins of the first acknowledged case and a resolution has been put in place.
