Please be aware that we will be rebooting one of our core switches tonight at 12:00 AM AEST. This is to resolve an unscheduled network event that happend in New South Wales earlier today which affected customer services.
The reboot should take around 10 minutes and traffic is expected to re-route within approximately 30 seconds of the device being restarted.
